assistance and support of stakeholders of European Medical University is provided
free of charge upon request and is carried out by Doctor of Medicine,

In IT education:
- conducting consultations on information technology issues, etc.
- consultations for persons who are improving their qualifications independently in matters of computer equipment, software, information technologies, opportunities to prepare for certification exams, etc.
In language services:
- support of scientific and educational-methodical events in English.
- correction, editing of educational and methodological, scientific literature in the Ukrainian language.
- provision of translation services for foreign citizens studying at EMU.
- preparation of certificates, official letters for presentation to official institutions, diplomatic missions in connection with the departure of persons for study or employment abroad.
In the library service:
- thematic selection of literature at the user's request.
- providing thematic and other information.
- compilation of bibliographic lists of literature.
In public catering:
- organization and holding of coffee breaks.
In medical services:
- initial consultation of a specialist doctor of EMU.
- re-consultation of the EMU specialist doctor.
In living conditions:
- students are provided with accommodation in a dormitory. Details
