Key Guidelines for Prospective International Students:

  1. If you possess education documents (Bachelor's or Master's degree diplomas) from outside Ukraine and plan to study at a Ukrainian higher education institution, you need to validate these documents through the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

  1. The University will review your submitted documents. If they meet the requirements, they will send you the original study invitation and visa support documentation for the Ukrainian Embassy.

  1. To get an entry visa, contact the Ukrainian Embassy in your country (or as specified in the study invitation). Complete the visa application form and provide the original invitation from EMU.

  1. Validate your education documents through the issuing country's Department of Education and legalize them via its Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Provide a notarized copy translated into Ukrainian. Also, legalize these documents at the Ukrainian Embassy when applying for a visa.

  1. Share your arrival details, including flight information, with EMU to ensure a smooth airport reception. Skipping this step or lacking university representation could lead to issues at the airport.

  1. Upon arriving in Ukraine, register with the State Migration Service at least 20 days before your Ukrainian entry visa expires. Failing to do so may result in being denied residency in Ukraine.
